  • I grew up near the seaside in Hoylake/West Kirby on the Wirral. I come from a fairly big family, with my mother, father and 3 older brothers. My father is from the Wirral, and works as an accountant. My mother is from Liverpool and worked most of her life in a health centre and studied child nursing with the NHS whilst as bringing up 4 children. My brothers and I have been brought up to be well-mannered, respectful and hard working, but we always love to have fun and enjoy life!

    I gained five weeks work experience in a SureStart Early Years Children\\\'s Centre. Developing employment skills through observational and practical learning in family support groups, antenatal and health groups, day care and nursery.

    CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education– Grade A
    During the course I spent two days a week in a wide range of practical child care placements including; nurseries, pre-schools primary schools.

The 20-hour classroom-based workshop has given me the opportunity to put my theory into practice through group work and peer-to-peer teaching experience. The 100-hours of online study includes modules such as; Lesson Planning, Vocabulary and Pronunciation, Classroom Management, Teaching Grammar, Reading, Listening and Speaking.
    In addition, I will be attending a TEFL session on teaching children with TEFL Iberia in April 2017.
